However, they asked for a myriad of documents, including a selfie, all of which I provided correctly. My account was verified but I never saw the R$25 bonus. Every time I reach out to them via chat, they give me the same story that their responsible team is reviewing the case and will respond to me. (This has been going on for over 3 days now). In conclusion, I do NOT recommend this casino to ANYONE and I would like ALL my data deleted from their database.
