The player from India has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited two times 10k and 14k but not a single time money add in my account their customer service of email are too bad I am trying to reach them from 1 months but they reply me in 15 days and also not given any solution for my problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.
