I won £1, 800 on the 23 December and made the withdrawal request. The following day when I logged in no games loaded for playing and all further deposits were locked. I have seen today that Bear Group has ceased operations!.. I have sent numerous emails to ask about my withdrawal and called the number provided however there is no response. Live chat is also not operating. I have completed all verification of account in terms of ID.

We are very sorry to hear about your troubles. In cases like yours it will take a time till you get your balance from them. By law they must have a separate account with player balances, so even after they suspend all gambling operations, you should get your money. Please, just be patient. Imagine that there are ten thousand other players in the same situation and the timing during Christmas makes it even worse. Probably, everybody is now writing to them and it will take a significant time for them to answer. Our suggestion is to wait another 14 days and if you don’t get a response by then, we will try to contact them. And if that doesn’t help, you can try submitting your complaint to the regulator.
