i withdrew 500 on the 26th of november by bank bank transfer , my account is fully verified and i have email confirmation from harrys there is no problem and has been processsed on the 30th and will be with me shortly .. it is now the 4th an still no payment pending or recieved ... i have checked with my bank and it should only take 2-3 days for a international payment to clear but there is nothing going in.

It makes me worried as the withdrawal was pending an then disappeared an wasnt even on my account statement they had processed and sent me no confirmation that it had been done other than the email they sent confirming it had ..after i pestered them

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I will set the timer for 3 days and check back with you on Thursday. If there’s no development by then, we will intervene. Thank you in advance for your patience.

thanks and still no winnings as I expected and now had a email saying this even though they previously said they had already processed it

now they have closed my account for no reason when I asked for a update and asked them for proof of the transaction of my winnings and they tried taking payment from my account without authorisation an I asked them why ... now they sent me this

just to let you know it looks like they have now sent me my winnings today by chaps which is a faster payment than bacs and lands in your account the same day so it can be done alot faster than they say but atleast iv been paid and some reassureance they will pay you eventually if you keep on them
