The player from United Kingdom is unhappy with her winnings being split into several installments of £500. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I’ve won a total of £2500 I was only allowed to withdraw £500 per day I have cleared all my verification, they said it’ll take 2 working days.. they never answer my emails the customer service if rubbish, it’s a game because I like the site love the massive selection on games.. They say you can withdraw £500 per day but that’s a lie..

"The maximum withdrawable amount per account is limited to 7000€/month. Withdrawable amount will be split on a series of equal withdrawals."
Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for splitting your win into several installments, especially, if this information is clearly stated in their terms and conditions. Could you please advise if you have received any of the winnings already?
