The player from Germany is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Over 4 months no real profit only small profits and platinum status are 4 months and the next status can only be reached with a personal invitation ... but I have already asked for it several times and then I was not put off to chat again 15 minutes later and I have 5 months meanwhile over about 40,000 € and since I have platinum status I could not win more than 1000 € 1 time and that's really very bad !!!
