So i used a sight you recommended called GreatWin bet.
I have read a lot of dodgy reviews about there withdrawal process.
I was told i was verified by one person and by another to send in documents which i have done.
They either dont reply to my emails or they in the live chat give me an automated response.
I put in 1000 NZ altogether and won 4000 NZD i have three seperate withdrawals of 1000 as thats the maximum. I cant even withdraw the other 1000 i wont. This is very bad for problem gamblers i believe. It takes 3 days or so for a reply based off what they said.
I very much doubt il get my money from this wbesite and would like to launch a complaint.
Seems a bit fishy to me and normally i use trusted online gambling sites but thought id try them out.
I wondered if you could get in contact and make sure they process my request. I know its early days but i have never been so worried in my life about getting my money back. They should have a flush out process in play which means you could not touch the winnings.
On top of this i have read reviews on sister company's such as Sport AZA and found people have complain due to the withdrawals not being met. I feel like this is going to be a long hard battle to get anymoney back i put in and won.
