Please keep in mind that it may take up to 14 days to process a withdrawal. Regarding the bonuses - as they are a good will of the casino, they have the right to decide whether you receive any bonus or not and nobody can enforce them to change their mind. If your only issues is not receiving bonuses, I would recommend to move to a different casino.
