The player from the US is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I DO NOT HAVE A DISPUTE WITH ANY AMOUNT. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I HAVE BEEN PLAYING ON GRANDE VEGAS FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THERE HAS BEEN A BIG CHANGE IN THIS CASINO. I KNOW THAT CROOKS TOOK OVER THIS CASINO. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME. MONEY GOES IN MINUTES. EVERY SINGLE GAME IS FIXED TO LOSE. EVERY SINGLE DEPOSIT IS LOST NO MATTER WHAT GAME YOU PLAY OR FOR HOW MUCH. THIS SITE REALLY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. SOMETHING IS JUST NOT RIGHT.
