The player from Ukraine is facing difficulties withdrawing winnings of 15800. To verify the account and cash out, the casino has asked for multiple deposits and several commission payments, resulting in the player investing more than the winnings.
I registered at the casino, played a game, and won 15800. I wanted to cash out, but I was told that I needed to make 3 deposits for verification, meaning I needed to top up my balance twice more, each time with 500. I topped up and tried to withdraw funds again, but I was informed that I needed to pay a commission of 3192. I paid this withdrawal fee, but still couldn't withdraw my money. My request was declined due to an allegedly incorrect entry of my card number, but I know I couldn't have made a mistake because the card number autofills. Next, I was informed that I needed to pay a commission of 3528 for refunding the funds from the bank to the casino, and this would supposedly enable me to withdraw my money. But again, it didn't work. When I asked what the issue was this time, I was told that the security service suspected I was a bot and not a human. In order to verify my account and unblock my gaming account, I had to pay 3696. But after payment, I still couldn't withdraw my money because the security service wanted to block my account. I don’t know why this is happening to me… I was then offered VIP client status, but only if I made payment of 10000, with promises that I would definitely be able to withdraw all funds. I made the payment, but they did not grant me VIP status, and I still cannot withdraw my funds. Now, I am being offered to withdraw my winnings in parts, paying commission for each part. But if I do this, I'll invest more than I take out, and I have a feeling that they won't give me my money after payment. Because after each proposal, they promised payment. I have all the screenshots of the conversation and payments. Please help me reclaim my invested money.
Dear romanuksvetlana092,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem and blocked account. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Have you completed the KYC verification successfully? Have you withdrawn any funds from this casino in the past?
Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend against paying any processing fees as we came across a very similar casino in the past, using the same suspicious tactics.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue and receive your winnings as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Tomas
Hello, thanks for taking on my problem. I answer your questions, the fact is that this is my first time in this casino and I have not yet withdrawn money there. And for the verification, I do not quite understand the question, the verification of my account, the so-called verification, went well. If you have any more questions feel free to ask, maybe I'm missing something important. It's just the first time I've had this problem.
Thank you very much, romanuksvetlana092, for providing the necessary information. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Matej (matej@casino.guru) who will be at your service. I wish you the best of luck and hope the problem will be resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
Dear romanuksvetlana092,
I apologize for the difficulties you have encountered.
In all honesty, it is highly likely that Grand Spin Casino is a fraudulent establishment. They operate by enticing players to pay a small fee with the promise of withdrawing a larger winnings. (which most likely every player playing there gets) If you hitted some jackpot or win the winnings from free spins/wheel of fortune that most likely this is happening to every player.
It is not uncommon for such casinos to emerge from time to time. It is crucial to understand that players should never be required to pay any fees, VAT, or transaction charges. If any of these fees are necessary, they should be deducted from the winnings.
The best what you can do now is to contact your bank and ask for chargebacks for all the transactions.
If this fails then try to contact: https://mychargeback.com/ they have a good experience with situations like yours.
One more time I am sorry to tell you bad news and I hope you will be able to recover your money.
I contacted the bank and asked for a refund. The bank opened a fraud case, blocked my old card and issued a new one and that's all for now. I wrote a statement to the cyber police, the police arrived and also opened a case. And so far no news.
Thank you for confirming.
We have already added the casino to our blacklist. Unfortunately, casinos like this one occasionally emerge, collect multiple deposits, and then disappear. I believe we have taken all the necessary steps, and now it is up to your bank and the police to take action.
If you agree, I will close this case as unresolved. The case will be published as a warning to other players.
