The player from United States had his bonus winnings cancelled due to bonus rules violation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had a playthrough amount that I met . Then when I tried to make a withdrawal they said they have to right to refuse payment and refused to pay me.
