The player from the US is not able to make deposits. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been playing at the casino for months making deposits using my credit card. One day I tried to make a deposit but received a message "there were errors unable to deposit greater than 0.00". I contacted many reps through their chat system inquiring why I cannot make a deposit. Every rep could not give me an answer as to why. I was told to use bitcoin and only bitcoin. I do not use bitcoin. I then emailed the casino many times asking the same question. No responses to any of my email message. I called the casino and talk to someone who could not tell me why but was told management had made the decision and that she will have to contact them to find out why. I am to call back the next day. This is where I am at with this issue. Please investigate this casino. Thank you.
