The player confirmed that her account, which had started in June 2023, had no balance when it was suddenly blocked in February without explanation. We explained that the casino was allowed to close accounts without providing a reason if there was no remaining balance. The complaint was rejected due to these reasons.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you have any kind balance on your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they explain the reason of the block?

Hi I began in june2023. I didn't have a balance in my account. Just alll of a sudden in February I got blocked out. No reason why. I just tried to log into my account and said that I was locked out. Yes I would like to rejoin on Grand mondial. Thank you

Dear traceygladue7,

Unless you have any remaining balance on your casino account, they are allowed to close it without any reason given and nobody can force them to change their decision. I would recommend to play in a different casino.

Hi there was no reason or explanation I just went to log in and said my account was inactive. I was a regular customer or player if their slot games
