So, I hade the same problem with the withdrawing money. I have made twice a withdrawal request and after 3 months waiting, it is cancelled and returned to the account. I have waited for 6 months for my money and on the end I have played the founds I hade in and lost everything because their game are not regulated by the law. After 5-6 months my withdrawal was lost I start playing again. Deposited £300 and won £500, have withdrawal them and received them after 10 days.

After that start playing again and for 1 week have lost over £7000, and when I told them that was their fault, because I am on self excluding from CEG, Malta And UK, and they supposed to not accept my as a player, the answer was "we are not on game stop or self excluding".

Now I understood that these casino it's completely scam and fake online gambling site. Normally, if I am on self excluding, they have to pay all my deposited money back.

So, I know I haven't need to play so much money befor to understand these, but I am a gambler, I know I have a problem, but to be scammed on these way it's not ok.

And if I can help with something to put these thievs in jail, I will be pleased to help you.

Please understand that the casino operates without an official license, so even if you were self-excluded from CEG, Malta, and the UKGC, this casino has no records about it.

Could you please advise when exactly you informed GoldenLion about your gambling problem and requested self-exclusion? Has the casino blocked your account? Have you made any deposits into the casino after you requested to be self-excluded?

Hi and thanks thanks for your reply Veronica.

So, I have told them about my self exclusion 3 monts ago and 2 weeks ago I start deposing money in to their site. Without any problems, I have made over £7000 all together deposits. I have asked them to close my account about 3 months ago and nothing happen, still have my account open. Also, when I have played on their slots, the slots was payback only most of the time 1% - 10% only. I think, these online casino site it's a scam fake site.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for GoldenLion.bet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from GoldenLion.bet Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
