The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal 7 weeks ago, but the withdrawal was still pending. The casino's customer service had been unresponsive. We had attempted to understand the situation by asking the player several questions, including about his KYC verification status and previous withdrawal history. However, the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we were unable to investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

Joined and won money, requested withdrawal. Still saying pending from 16th September 2023, live chat service is ridiculously cheeky and abrupt. They end chat before you can get to a reply to them, always same response that we will escalate your withdrawal so they complete it quicker, iv been escalated more than an escalator. So did some digging on Google and trust pilot and I'm just one of many people with same issue. It's a complete scam and how they are still allowed to operate is beyond me, they have fake gaming license numbers that don't exist
