The player from the United Kingdom had £426 in her account, but upon attempting to withdraw, she was informed that she was only entitled to withdraw £100. The remainder was taken from her account after she revealed a previous account with Goldenbet. The complaint was rejected as the player breached the casino terms by creating multiple accounts.

Opened an account. Deposits totalled £790. At the end I had £426 in my account. I went to withdraw and realised that I had an account with Goldenbet in the past which I had since closed. I did the honest thing by letter then know - I told them about this on live chat. I did not make any gain at all from having a duplicate account. I was told someone would be in touch - nobody got in touch after. I logged in later to see I only had £100. I was told on live chat I was only entitled to withdraw £100 (my last deposit) and that the £326 had been taken from me. Goldenbet allowed me to deposit play for hours on end, and then when I went to withdraw decided they would take it away for no reason. This is theft and exploiting of players. Action must be taken! Disgraceful behaviour

Could you please advise when or how did you realize that you had an account in the casino before? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Do they let you keep your second account?

I realised I had a second account when I went to withdraw funds. I looked in my other email inbox to see an email from Goldenbet.


I accumulated winnings all with real money - no bonus.


The account has been blocked and I cannot access it.

Sorry but what is going on with this case? Why has my post not been approved, and why has the casino not responded?

Hello JL3004,

The casino was not invited to the case yet. Also if you do admit that you opened 2 accounts in the casino, the complaint will be also rejected as it is against the casino terms to create more than one account and the casino is not obligate to pay out anything or keep any accounts open.

Please be aware of that rule as it is one of the most important one and you may never make more than 1 account.
