I registered on this scam site and deposited 30 euro via paysafecard. After deposit I found out that my account is limited as I wasnt able to bet even 0,1 euro regardles of sports, leagues etc. After contacting support and waiting half a day they told me I'm limited because im not from Belgium. I requested withdrawal via bank transfer after providing ID card and proof of adress. 2 days later they contacted me that they need passport for verification. I dont have a passport because i can travel almost everywhere with ID card, including Belgium. I can enter their country but its not good enough document for verification on their scam site.


First of all they should never even take money from me if they dont allow me to play. They are borrowing my money for free and they try to find a way to eventualy steal it for good. The money should be returned right away when they decided to limit my account fully.


Please take action against them so there are not more scammed customers like myself.

Its been going on for 3 days now. I explained them everything. I dont understand how ID card is not good enough. I only needed passport to travel to other continents but it expired in july. I will apply for a new one when I will need it for such travel again.


But anyway money should just be returned without any trouble the same minute they decided not to let me play. There is even no need for verification in this case because they dont provide any service and I didnt make any profit. They recieved money for the service they dont provide.


The same amount returned to the same paysafe account and thats it. But clearly they steal money like that regularly, otherwise they wouldnt even allow me to register.

I believe that the casino should be able to verify you even without that document if you do not own one but be sure to provide anything else. Also please note that the verification may take up to 14 days so I can only recommend to wait at this point if you did send them everything already.
