THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DONT BOTHER WITH THEM AND PLAY ELSEWHERE.

IM WAITING WHOLE DAY FOR THEM TO SETTLE A BET THAT WAS ALREADY WON YESTERDAY.

IN BETSLIP THERE IS CORRECT RESULT BUT THEY JUST DONT SETTLE IT AND GIVE ME THE MONEY.

SUPPORT UNREACHABLE, THIS APP THEY USE DISCORD IS TOTALY CRAP. PROBABLY THEY JUST DONT WANT TO PAY.

The worst casino ever!!!!Scam!!! Stay away!!

I registered on this site and checked available deposit and withdrawal methods first. Visa was available for both. Thats why i decided to play. I cant use wallets etc for gambling in my country. Now I wanted to request visa withdrawal and i got error message.

After explaining chat operator he assured me that they have ongoing issue with visa and they will be able to process my request via bank transfer via email

KYC email replied that they dont process email requests.

As you can see this site clearly doesnt deserve the rating 7. Please change it accordingly.

They dont want to pay. They make excuses visa and bank transfer is not an option due to global issue. I should use crypto instead. I dont use crypto and they took my visa for deposit with no problem. Scam company stay away!!!! And please change the rating right now to avoid scamming more customers.

Terrible customer service. Doing everything to avoid paying. I got notification that my account is verified. After that I requested withdrawal of only 250 euro. After 30h my withdrawal got rejected and i got an email saying i have to send photo of me with ID close to my face. I sent that also and 24h later i got response that document will be checked as soon as possible. As i said frodulent company making excuses just for players to loose their money on their own. I will never bet this 250 euros and they will have to pay eventually. I will keep you posted when this happens. I suggest everyonento avoid this site as long as they change the way they operate. They get our money in seconds but they keep a right to make fun of us when we want some of it back.
