The player from Canada would like to have his phone number permanently deleted from the casino's database. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.
Dear Jerry,
Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that if you don't have an active account in this casino you won't be able to close or deactivate it.
I would recommend blocking the number from which you receive the promotional offers. It'll take just a few minutes to set it up.
Please let us know if this advice was helpful. If not, we will intervene. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
Thank you for your timely response. I am concluding from your suggested action, blocking the number from which texts are being received, that you don’t possess the ability to flag my phone number to ensure no one is able to use it to create an account with the above noted online casino. Frankly getting the texts in question alerts me to the fact someone has fraudulently used my number to create an account. Blocking the number would mean this information would no longer come to my attention. If this is the best you can suggest it doesn’t respond to my initial requests when I filed a complaint. Additionally, was it quite necessary to publicly broadcast my personal phone number to the entire gaming community? This may tend to further aggravate my issue rather than acknowledging that my privacy was the crnt
I’m sure you understand that I don’t work for Golden Tiger Casino, but as one of the Casino.Guru independent employees and professionals I was trying to help you to resolve your problem. As we don't have access to a database of the abovementioned casino, we can't delete your phone number from their files.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint at this time. I really wish I were of more help. Thank you.
