The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal few days ago. It has been pending since with a possibility to cancel the withdrawal. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi.. I just make a cash out request 2 days ago and I can still see the recall button on. This because they want I recall my request and keep playing.
I send all documents and they approved.
Someone tell me to wait 24,someone 5-7 business days and on the website they put 1-3 business days.
Please help me because I know what they try to do and is not right.
