The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal few days ago. It has been pending since with a possibility to cancel the withdrawal. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi.. I just make a cash out request 2 days ago and I can still see the recall button on. This because they want I recall my request and keep playing.

I send all documents and they approved.

Someone tell me to wait 24,someone 5-7 business days and on the website they put 1-3 business days.

Please help me because I know what they try to do and is not right.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal.
