The player from Australia has requested withdrawal three weeks ago. It has been pending since. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I made a withdrawal request only to be told my bank refused the transaction, I then got on their live chat and was told by a chap named sol that I needed to create a Skrill account in order to get my winnings so I done this and still no joy, he then told me I needed to create a bitcoin account so I can withdraw!! I said iI couldn't do that so he then requested that I download a full PDF bank statement and upload it to them so I could get my money. He then proceeded to say that this happens to Australian players, to which I replied then you shouldn't accept Australian players bit I believe they are just scamming people of their money.
