The player from Australia is highly disappointed with time-consuming KYC procedure. We rejected this complaint as the funds have been played before we could intervene.
I have given every document they have asked for over and over again even uploading them to their documents department only to keep getting the same email over and over again, upon googling this issue it seems a huge number of people are having the exact same issue, looking up my account tonight iv noticed they have blocked my withdrawl, I have spent so much money this is my first withdrawl and hopefully I’ll get some of my money back

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly.
It’s quite usual for this process to take a couple of working days to be fully completed.

It doesn’t matter, they wore me down with their constant bull shit that after 2 weeks and still getting asked for the very same documents I ended up playing out my winnings, the following day I received an email stating that my account had been verified.....funny that hey. It’s not fair how they do this to people to wear them down to the point of giving up
