I've tried a ton of bookmakers licensed in Spain, and by far, Goldenpark are the only ones that literally steal your money.


Not content with limiting your bets to the minimum once you start winning something (I was limited to €2 after winning a couple of hundred), they don't even let you withdraw!


They've been holding over €1300 of mine for months even after I verified everything they asked for! ID, selfie with ID, electricity bills, phone bills, everything, everything, everything!!


Now they're telling me I'm dependent on a third person because they've made up a supposed connection to another account, which I have nothing to do with! I just registered, deposited, and that's it! They say that if the other person doesn't send the documents (which they are totally making up as an excuse), my money will be held indefinitely.


They don't give me any details, no information, nothing, just the same email. "Until the other person sends the documentation, we will hold your money," and I could be waiting until the year 2050.


They are true scammers as per the manual. I've never experienced anything like this with any bookmaker in Spain, and I'm registered with quite a few.
