The customer service is very poor to the point I closed my account then I xalled the next day to reinstate it after sending bank statements and drivers license on the phone for hours with no results I was told that all my paperwork was received and it was okay but still there is no respond from them they telling me my account is under review for what noone can tell me.manager will not even take a call. Poor poor customer service.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Are there any funds being held by the casino?

Yes they are holding funds and I already verified my account when I first signed up
They did this on purpose Nd I feel like some of the employees there are scam artists I want my information deleted and a formal complaint on this casino and manager Mary and all the car that I talked to this us a joke of customer service so unprofessional and rude.. idk why I even sent my bank statements and drivers license I feel violated....causebthat is what Mary said I needed and then my account would be back up and running...
