The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 2 months. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
I requested my payout on March 8th, 2023. After about two weeks I began corresponding with them almost every day. I have been given the runaround with every single agent. One day it’s "an internal issue" then it’s "there’s a lot of withdrawals in the queue". I’ve been told my funds are released, then see nothing. I’ve been offered "reversal withdrawal promotions" even up to as of yesterday, which tells me they are doing nothing to process my payout. There’s actually not a single agent that can tell you anything more than "it’ll be sent to you as soon as possible". I just need my funds released and I’m tired of fighting with this company.

Yes my account is verified. I submitted all that information around March 10th. My winnings were from a deposit bonus. The last time I spoke with them was two days ago on May 11th and I asked for an update and they still told me the same thing they always do. "It will be to you soon, be patient".
