The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. Casino didn't respond.
I won on 11/25/21 and submitted all docs and they where approved they kept telling me there pymt provider issues. Then it’s gonna be escalated and still nothing.

No bonus used payment method to withdraw biccion yes I am still in touch with the casino and my account was fully verified by the 11/28/21. They said there payment processor was down. Then they said now it’s working I have to wait my turn I’ll get it before Christmas. Now they say it’s been escalated wait five days and reach out again. When I do they say the same thing and encourage me to keep playing

We would like to ask the Golden Lady Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
