Waiting on withdrawal for weeks. They told me i was vip player and payout would be faster than it was originally. They owe me $1,000 and have told me that I was in the queue and it was esxalated. Its all bullshit. They keep telling me i am next and just keep ignoring me. This place is such a scam...

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before? If possible, please post a screenshot of your withdrawal history here.

Hello, it has already been almost 2 months since I requested this withdrawal/payout. I have been paid out $200 prior to this withdrawal. I have literally pled with them daily and am told that I am in the queue and my processing time is near. I have written Tom Horn Gaming and Rival Casino to inform them that Golden Lady is not operating in good faith and is using their games and technology to defraud customers. On more than 5 occasions they have told me my payout is coming next and on 10 occasions they have asked me to confirm my BTC. address. I am very frustrated to see so many other people also gettimg scammed. Pleasw if you can think of anythinf I can do to assist or expedite this process have you had any success with Gokden Lady on behalf of other customers?

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Golden Lady Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Lady Casino.


Since this casino operates without an official license, I am not able to recommend any further steps. I wish I could be of more help.
