Requested $80 Bitcoin cash out 6/7/2022 and now get no response when I ask when they will pay. Was previously told 3 to 4 days, then 10 business days. Then that it was escalated to the finance department and they were having issues with their Bitcoin vendor.

I have made a withdrawal from Golden Lady Casino and they had ran my verification documents through Hooyu, There was some type of promotion going on so my max cashoút wàs only $80 rather than $100.
