The player from US experienced delays when trying to withdraw his winnings. He requested a withdrawal more than a month before submitting the complaint. A few days later, the player received his winnings. The complaint was closed as 'resolved'.
I requested a withdrawal on 5/29 from the Golden Lady for $500 that I won off of $7 in comp points. No bonus,no requirements,no promotions, very straightforward. They just refuse to pay me. They have all my verification,my Bitcoin address, and now they don't respond via email or on live chat. I'm posting this everywhere that I can. Will you please have my back on this? Hi Kristina, thanks for getting back to me. This is my first withdrawal request from them,they confirmed receiving my verification and said it was all good. I kept being told different days when I could expect it but they all came and went. I'll enclose what I do have okay? Thank you.
