I won 300 pounds and withdrew it exactly 21 working days ago from this point of me writing this complaint now

I had known the reputation of this casino I would have never used it and I’m kicking myself to death for using them

I have contantsly contacted them through the live chat to seek an update to constantly get the same answer

me thinking that I would receive the money I have got myself into financial problems now which are causing me a lot of trouble

can someone please help me

I’m not sure how all this works regarding help from yourselves so please get in touch with me however you can to help

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and I understand your concern. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.  

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.
