- No, this is my first withdrawal.

- No bonus used, only cash.


When was the last time you were in contact with casino support, and what did you discuss?

-I followed up on March 24 regarding the withdrawal status. The representative replied that it was still processing. No further details were provided to explain the large delay.


Could you please share with me your communication with the casino?

- I do not have records of this.
