I played on this casino in 2013 after having made several deposits I had a gain that I wanted to withdraw, except that after that my account was closed because I was living in France, but when I was I entered no error message to say that it was forbidden to French residents, I deposited a total of 125 €, despite the promise of reimbursement I never had the slightest response even a year later. I finally want to finish with this story and be reimbursed for the deposits knowing that I was excluded without being paid.

Hello yes, I sent the documents several times each time I was told that the department would go and do the necessary, by paypal or neteller, and each time I waited for their answers without anything, I had to write again messages 1 years later and still the same speech.


I wanted them to pay back all my deposits, which they promised to do but nothing

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
