So I haven't been able to deposit from the start there's no options also now they have taken away the deposit with crypto and I spoke with live chat they informed me the free spins were to be wagered 1x then to withdraw you need to deposit 20 which I have been trying to do and have been constantly sent to the chat bot I will upload documents in a following email also sent verification several times and no email back. I spoke with live chat and they informed me to withdraw I need to make a deposit of 20 which has been impossible to do

Also I have seen now the buy crypto select is gone aswell iv sent multiple documents I have been to chat over and over only to have the chat bot say there are no support people available everytime. Also there's no account settings to upload verification so I sent to support email the deposit and withdrawal both say no methods contact chat and I have read over other reviews it didn't seem terrible but rather new. So took a chance and new Zealand is accepted and shows 10 payment options with only able to withdraw 5000 which was fine with me. Just left me kind of stuck even to verify and deposit my own funds to game with. I didn't want to leave a negative review because overall I love the site apart from these issues
