What is verified? Is it kyc?. If it is my account is not KYC yet (because they never ask), but i did successfully withdraw with the same method several times . i created my account on Jan-29-2023 and i filled in every neccessary infomation about myself.
I used my real money to bet, i do not abuse bonuses.
My withdrawal is marked as "in progress" since i made the transaction till now.
Last time i talked to them is today.
All they say is about technical problem and they cannot get involved. They say that they can cancel it and let me re-create the transaction. But after i agree to cancel it, they say "We want to inform you, that this transaction is in active processing by a payment system, it is not possible for us to cancel it. "
