The player from Germany played with a bonus. His winnings later disappeared. We found out that the player didn't manage to complete the wagering requirements on time, therefore we were forced to reject this complaint.

On June 30th, 2022 I deposited €20 at gg.bet casino, where the bonus was not credited to my casino account as promised, but to my sports betting account.
I then used this and made profits until my account balance was €152. But suddenly my deposit and the profit was gone.

I played a casino bonus (unfortunately the history in my account at gg.bet is not traceable or visible).
So I can't send a link.
I wrote to the casino and got the answer that the sports betting turnover was not sufficient, although I made several bets and actually wanted to play in the casino, the provider did not book my money+bonus to the casino account but to the sports betting account.

A reputable casino/sports betting provider would not have "taken" my stake and my winnings, so I cannot recommend gg.bet and advise against betting with this provider!

Moreover, if you didn't manage to finish the wagering requirements on time (before the bonus expired), there really is not much we could do here no matter which bonus offer you received.
I can only recommend that you are more careful next time when activating a bonus. If you are not sure, you can always discuss the bonus and bonus conditions with the casino's support. Furthermore, reading the bonus-specific T&Cs can prevent you from situations like activating offers you are not interested in, or failing to complete the bonus conditions.

Hi Kristina, unfortunately it looks like I'll have to accept that my money is gone, I had paid into the casino and also played there, why the bonus on the sports bets was credited to me is anyone's guess.
I still think the terms and conditions are unfair.
