i have deposited 11000inr on 15 april which was got succeed on netbanking via imps and not received in sites already one moth complete and there is no amount yet added. yesterday i do a transaction of 10000inr which is also not added yet already 1+ days passed for the deposits too when contacting them providing with all necessary details and bank statement there is still no new at all need help recovering my money it's a request to you please get out me from this trap

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

deposit was received. now this is is getting into bonus loss for late deposit i do deposit in meantime before bonus expiry but unfortunately from there deposit system any issue raise which cause my deposit crediting in 2 days late and that's why bonus got expired and while contacting them again and again just doing same and not ready to do listen anything that's the shit thing on big international casino i have ever seen
