Yesterday I won ) 45,000 rubles at their casino. They brought me 14. They requested a video conference Skype, which I passed and provided my passport and my card with which I replenished my account. I don't have any multiaccounts and I didn't violate anything. But my account was blocked and the money was blocked. Please help me to sort out this situation with them. My nikname kadrus2002

I registered on September 28, 2021. I made about 20 deposits. The amount that the casino blocked 30000rubles is about $ 400. I provided them with all the documents and called them on Skype. I also inform you that my account was verified before and payments were made to me 3 times. I did not use other people's means of payment. I made deposits from my card in my name and the piastrix system where I am also verified in my name. The casino does not report the exact reason for the blocking. Please help me

I also contacted eGaming with a request and a complaint, but they told me that this casino does not have their license. Also, when you click on the license icon, there is no transition to the licensing authority. I asked 2 of my friends to check it out, but they also have nothing going on when they clicked on the license icon at the bottom of the casino sitefile
