Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that the vast majority of online casinos prohibit two or more people from one household from playing in the same casino.

  • Could you please advise which games you focused on while your account was still active - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Whose account was created first?
  • Did you and your son play with any bonuses?

  1. i playing on sportbet focus on NBA and Esports, never focus on slots or live casinos
  2. My Son Account but already got KYC maybe 2 years ago
  3. I activate and play bonus promo but never use the bonus balance till i reach accomplish the whole wager... and the bonus balance as i remember only not more than 20$ became my real balance


all i want if they cant give that bonuses balance, its fine just take my bonus balance but not my real balance cause i wanna still play.


please help me to resolve this, thanks
