A player from Poland found his casino account blocked after winning a bet. The support alleges multi-accounting, which the player denies and fears losing his winnings.
Hi, so today after i won my bet i got logged out and blocked on site. When i contact support he say i used more than 1 account what is not true. Did someone have same situation like me? Can someone pls help me? I don't wanna lose my money cuz of their mistake

So today i did a bet like 100pln (25$), won it and got 250pln (50-55$) and after that i got logged out and when i tried to login it said "this user is blocked" i contacted support to get more details and they tell me i got banned for multiple account. I am 100% sure that's the only 1 account i used. When i ask them about email of "my" 2nd account they dont reply. It seems really weird, b4 i did small bets and today after bigger one i got instantly banned for something what is 100% mistake
