The player from India has been accused of opening multiple accounts. Further information was requested from the casino, but after a short time the casino stated that the player's account had been reopened for further verification. The player then explained that the verification had been completed but the casino rejected their withdrawal requests. While we were waiting for a response from the casino, the player asked for the complaint to be closed as they had gambled their balance. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

They have block my account by saying you have multiple accounts but i create only one account and playing with that when i place the withdraw they block my account and they don't have any proofs that shows i have multiple accounts they are doing fraud with the users by ripping the money do play games o there site

Could you please advise if you have the KYC verification before the casino blocked you?

No one in my household ever used the account and also the account was block without any kyc verification and i don't misuse and bonus or promotion offer so i request you to please unblock my account or refund my deposit amount because i don't have any reason to create multiple accounts at a same

There has been no response from the casino, I will try to contact them once more. In the meantime, please let us know of any developments.

 

We would like to ask GGBet Casino to respond to this complaint. I will extend the timer for 7 days. If there is no response within the specified timeframe, the complaint will be closed as 'unresolved' and have a negative effect on the rating of the casino.

None of my friends are registered on ggbet i tried this first time because i wanted to play casino and there is crypto deposit was available and i have balance in crypto so i used this and made some money.


And also i never used this ggbet before so it was not possible to do deposit from same account and withdraw in same account and also there is no reason to make multiple accounts anywhere if i am using my own funds
