GGBet Casino - Player is protesting over withdrawal and bonus conditions.

Hello! I would like to file a complaint on the newly opened casino, GGBET.UA

Please do not confuse it with a similar casino that has an identical logo.

The GGBET.UA casino has been operating recently and holds a Ukrainian license (KRAIL)

I registered in this casino on 05.03.2024.

When withdrawing 2950 UAH, the casino withheld a 19.5% tax from the total withdrawal amount and allowed me to withdraw 2,375 UAH, while 575 UAH was withheld as tax. When withdrawing funds, the casino did not take into account the fact that at the time of withdrawal the deposit amount was 2,400 UAH.

The second nuance is that there is no information in the transaction history that the withdrawal was 2950 UAH, and that I paid a 19.5% tax. This information is somehow hidden. The transaction history shows 2,375 UAH, which is quite strange. I have screenshots from the account and correspondence with the operator.

The third nuance is that the terms and conditions regarding bonus funds are not entirely fair here. The thing is that this casino, like many others with a Ukrainian license, returns the deducted withholding tax to the bonus balance with a wager. Here it was 575 UAH ×30 = 17,250, this is the amount I was supposed to playthrough, and after successful playthrough, the casino deducted the funds leaving only for withdrawal 575 UAH i.e cashout ×1😏. I was shocked, of course, because I didn't expect the cashout to be ×1. I consider this to be unfair (( But in essence, they can't be blamed for this, because this is indicated in the bonus rules clause 7.8

This casino has the worst rules of all those operating with a license (KRAIL)

1. When withdrawing funds, they do not take into account previously lost amounts and, in fact, calculate tax on each withdrawal of funds.

2. This casino hides information about the amount that was withheld as tax.

3. I think a cashout ×1 on such a bonus is unfair. Other casinos like Pin up, Cosmolot, or Ferst.ua have a cashout ×10 on such a bonus.

Well, regarding the 19.5% tax, it goes to profit; however, even if you make a deposit of 10,000 UAH and win nothing and withdraw the same amount of 10,000 UAH or even less, in this case this casino will still withhold a tax of 19.5% when withdrawing funds. In general, according to the rules, they can and are obliged to withhold a tax of 19.5% exclusively from profits, that is, you deposit 10,000 UAH, withdraw 12,000 UAH, and from these 2000 UAH of profit they must calculate a tax of 19.5%, but not all Ukrainian casinos adhere to such fair rules . Here at the Cosmolot casino they withhold tax specifically from the amount of profit and not from the general withdrawal.

In general, I heard you, you can close this complaint, but when you add this casino to your review list, Ub. Please do not forget to note that this casino, regardless of the outcome of the game, will withhold a tax of 19.5% on each withdrawal.

It is very important!!! Because there is only one licensee and the tax is 19.5% in different casinos, each one is individual, one holds it more fairly, others do not.

And regarding hidden transactions with withdrawals as well as with tax bags, I just went to where I played for more than one year, all casinos licensed by CRAIL deleted this information 😏

You can give any rating to this casino, but I think it would be fair if you state that this casino withholds a tax of 19.5% upon withdrawal. Not every player will want to pay a tax of 19.5% if he deposited 2000 UAH, withdraws one 1000 and from this 1000 UAH another tax of 19.5% will be withheld
