The player from the Czech Republic can't withdraw his winnings from the casino, due to a third-party deposit.
Hello, so i just deposited like 120 czk, (4.5 eur) i just won on betting like 63 eur, so i just wanted to withdraw it, but after 2-3 years of having account here they wanted verification, i sent them all 5 credit cards photos, my photo with id card, and id card, at morning i just got blocked account, with email that i cant have accounts on ggbet, and money are too blocked, the reason why i got blocked is, that i used credit card from my mother and sister, like, it was 2 years i created this acc, and now, they just remembered that i have credit card with another names then mine, like i just found out, that they have this rule, but i should get right to withdraw the money atleast, they should be fair, while i was playing here 2-3 years.

You are the rightful owner of the money in Your Account and all details provided by you to the Company either during the registration process or at any time thereafter, including as part of any payment deposit transaction, are true, current, correct and complete and match the name on the credit/debit cards or other payment accounts to be used to deposit or receive funds in your account;"

Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing or withdrawing funds using a joint card or this possibility is communicated beforehand.
Technically it is very difficult to check who’s the owner of the payment method at the depositing stage. This can be checked only during account verification, which is usually done when a withdrawal is requested. Therefore, it is a player’s responsibility to use allowed payment methods only.
If you’re not able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method and you haven’t received approval from the casino allowing you to use a third-party payment method, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.

So, that means its really done and i cant get the money back, the casino cant even do exception?

Could you please explain how much have you deposited with the 3rd party payment methods (= payment methods that don't belong to you) and when was the last time you did so? What games did you play in order to achieve your last win? (slots, live games, multiplayer) Could you please forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to tomas@casino.guru?
Last deposit was from my brother credit card, actually he just let me use his card with the bank account, last deposit was 5.4 eur from this card, winning were from match bettings
so I have new information, after blocking the account, ggbet claimed that you had no way of knowing that the cards were in another name, and they did not have the option to block these cards 😀 but today I found out that they had this option, and they had a chance to block it earlier, not after 1-2 years of betting, and just when I had a higher part on my account 😀
they also just complied with my friend, where they wrote that if he doesn't use the second card, he can use the account
