i have been facing this issue with getslots casino now and earlier with slot hunter. they are not withdrawing funds to my original deposit method that is a bank debit card, instead asked me to open a crypto account.

Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

We are sorry to hear about this situation.


The player doesn't see other withdrawals methods except for crypto according to the country's restrictions.

We checked the player's profile and we see that he used VPN for the deposits. Which is against our rules. You can find it in the paragraph about "AVAILABILITY OF GAMES": https://www.getslots.com/terms-and-conditions


Also player already closed his account in our casino near a week ago.

As I told you before, looks like the problem was on our side because of your location. As I know, it should be fixed already and there should be more withdrawal options in your account.

The problem was on our side because of your location. That's why you didn't see any withdrawals methods except crypto.

Now it should be already fixed and you will be able to make a withdrawal with the same method you're used for a deposit.
