The player from Norway didn’t receive a cashback bonus and the support wasn’t helpful with his problem.
I deposited 20 € after having recived a 100% cashback offer on Sunday. The terms are clear - any bonus-free deposit between 20 and 50 € made on that Sunday would give 100% cashback. When i asked where it was they gave three consecutive and alternating reasons. First that I had deposited only 12 € , but when presented with my receipt they said the minimum deposit was 50 € and then finally that I should have contacted them before I started playing.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I tried to find the T&Cs tied to this bonus, but I wasn’t successful, probably because it was a special offer. I would like to point out, that cashback bonuses are usually given to players after they lose their deposit (unless the T&Cs say otherwise). Could you please confirm you played away your deposit and then requested the cashback bonus?
