Hi there..tried to make a deposit andnlog in to my account today and it wouldn't let me said it was disabled..checked my email and I got one from there saying my account is disabled but it didn't give a reason ...i then went to live chat to find out what is going onand they said my account is disabled and they won't give a reason..they juts said administer deacon.. I said can I please get a reason as this makes no sense ..they said no....the only thing I can think is my credit card got hacked about a week ago I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it..can you please help me out and find our what is going on for me?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Was this your first ever deposit attempt? Do you have any real money balance on your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The account has been verified for a long time. At least more than a year or 2. I had no money balance on there..I have cashed out many times. Not sure the last time I spoke with them...its not just getslots thought..it's all dama nv sites..and all hollycorn nv sites...none of them work and they have all been closed..the reason I filed a complaint for get slots is because they are the only ones that sent me an email about it...I'd really like to get to the bottom of this as dama nv sites are my favorite sites to play on and I'm willing to do whatever I need to do to get all my accounts reopened ..just figured it was best to file about them as they sent email..the only thing I can think is my credit card got hacked on Sunday.. they called me Monday morning to ask about some transactions on my card. They asked about a gaming transaction I said it not fraud..the hack started at 120am was the first fraudulent charge ..I told them anything after that is fraud and anything before is my charge.the only thing I can think is they reported a gaming charge as fraud? So if my Mastercard repoertd a gaming charge as fraud then mb that casino group cut me off of all their sites? If that is the case it was totally accidental and not my fault. And if I owe them money i would be willing to send them money via etransfer to re open my accounts..but like I said they won't give me a reason. Please help me get to the bottom of this . Thank you

Hello Ryanmc,

As long as you had no real money balance on your casino account, they are allowed to close it without any reason given and nobody can force them to change their decision.

Can I get a reason? I have no clue why..did I do something wrong? If so I wouldn't want to repeat that mistake again..I wanna make sure something like this doesn't happen again. Thanks and please try and get a reason for me

Hello Ryanmc,

We are not investigating the case further with the casino if you had no balance there as they have the right to close the account and do not have to explain it to anybody. It's like that in every single online casino.

We will be now closing the complaint for the above stated reason.
