Me and my household have not account in this casino.maybe problem happened because of vpn. Using.95% of casinos are filtered in iran and we have not any other way for playing.

I've checked the casino terms and conditions (https://www.getslots.com/terms-and-conditions) and found this:

"Using VPN to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings."

That's so absurd when someone tell you that you can eat this food but you can not use your mouth.when Iranians are accepted that casino should realize casino sites are filtered and blocked in this fking country and we have not any other choice.

Unfortunately, the casinos in most cases don't look up for local laws if the players can or can't play. If you also check our review on this casino, you can clearly see that they don't allow players to use VPN programs. I would recommend you to play in a casino where it is allowed. As I mentioned before, there isn't anything we can do for you in this case as your actions were clearly against casino terms. If there isn't anything else we can do for you, we will close this complaint as rejected.
