As a result, we were unable to investigate the matter further and had to reject the complaint.

So I went to this casino as I’m on gamstop and that was my 1st mistake, 2nd wasn’t checking the reviews on the place, the rtp must be set really low as I have gambled for years and you will always lose but the good casinos will let you hit big so you spend more but this place I never hit big , bonus’s were few and far between and they would never pay anywhere near what you put in, 1 crazy day I spent £2000 chasing a bonus and that was my wake up call it definitely takes the fun out of slotting, on top of all that you get charged a fee for depositing which they say is out of there control, any bonus’s they give is with a 50 times wager, which you will never complete and withdrawing money is made so difficult and draw out that you just end up playing with the money till it’s gone, these types of casinos shouldn’t be allowed to operate, they are just robbing gamblers
