I won at free spins on a "log in free spins promotion", and I wagered the amount and had 900.00 in my account, so I made a withdrawal request for 900.00. I then read the T&Cs on this specific promotion and realized that I could only withdraw 100.00. I didn't get to even hearing back that the withdrawal request had a limit of 100.00, what I heard back was that I over betted on a few rounds of over 10% of the bonus amount. So I asked for gaming history on where I made bets of over 10% of the bonus amount. Also I asked what the bonus was. I asked what the bonus was because I don't understand what the bonus amount would be on free spins? is it what you end up winning on the free spins I wonder? I don't know? On my account with Galactic Wins, there is a gaming history of where you can look at all the bets placed. I discovered there was a total of 156 bets in the whole round of beginning to end of playing this bonus from May14th to May 15th. and I try and scroll as fast as I can from the beginning of play and get to about 50 bets in and the site logs me out and I have to start all over, but then after about 50 scrolls through the 156 total bets , it logs me out of the site and I can't see any farther into the bet history.. I have checked as far as I can from start of play with the 150 bets, to end of play going backwards from 156 backwards and get to about a115 bet, and get logged out of site. So I have emailed support and withdrawal support and asked for a gaming history to prove that I made bets more than 10% of bonus.. I keep sending emails and asking, and they dont reply back. I was trying to upload some screenshots but I can't . I tried below where it said upload attachments and it says failed every time.. I have emails that I sent Galactic Wins also , I don't know how to send them to you.

The casino's complaint department finally sent me an email containing a copy of my gaming history that shows I made bets that were over 10% of the bonus amount. Even though this is a small amount and seems not fair, It is what it is.
