REJECTED

Case summary

The player from the United States is experiencing difficulties receiving his winnings from No Deposit bonus play because he claimed multiple No Deposit Bonuses in a row without making a deposit in between. This is against the casino's Bonus T&Cs, therefore we were forced to reject this complaint.

I logged into the casino it gave me 325 dollars in free play I also put a promo code that the casino prompted me to put in it was join300 witch gave me a total of 625 dollars to start I won 4,000 us dollars while playing with the free money they gave to me and I talked to a lady she told me I could withdraw my 4,000 dollars in 2,000 dollar incraments I just needed my banking info to do so, so I went to my bank got all the info entered it in my account and it took me to a error page so I tried it again same thing I called them back they told me the cash on my account was no good because I used the 325 and the 300 like it told me to use in the begining,I want my 4,000 us dollars, I did exactly what the casino told me to do I have a credit on my account of 4,000 dollars why did the casino allow me to win this money but will not pay out what I have been promised and what my account says I have won,I want my fair in square winnings

Dear Evan,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Firstly, I would like to point out, that most casinos do not allow redeeming multiple No Deposit Bonuses in a row. I checked the casino’s Bonus T&Cs (https://www.funclubcasino.com/rules/?set_lang=en_GB) and I found these terms:

„Free Chips cannot be used in succession by the Player. If a player redeems a free chip, regardless if the offer was sent to the Player via the Casino or they redeemed it via Customer Support, they cannot redeem a second Free Chip and be eligible for a withdrawal on that Free Chip’s winnings. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure they are following the Free Chip rules. Withdrawals will be denied at the approval stage with the Payments team if this rule is broken."

The Player may not redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free processor offers are meant merely for our regular faithful customers and you should have an active depositing account unless otherwise stated in order to cash-out on a free chip offer. Should a Player redeem one no -deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit for the Player into their account in the interim in order to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus."

Unfortunately, under these circumstances there is nothing we could help you with. Please, if there is anything else, we could do for you regarding this complaint, or if I misunderstood your message, do not hesitate to contact us, otherwise, we will reject it. Thank you for understanding.

Best regards,

Kristína

Well I don't think it's fair that the lady told me that all I needed to do was go to the bank get my bank info and fill out the form and that I could only withdraw 2k at a time it's almost like they just wanted my bank information to me and that isn't cool and the fact that the casino prompted me to get the extra 300 in free play to add along with the 325 they automatically give you for signing up but it is what it is I guess

I understand your frustration Evan, but as I mentioned in my previous message, redeeming multiple Free chip/money bonuses at the same time is usually prohibited. I can only recommend you checking out this information beforehand (and of course reading all the Bonus and General T&Cs carefully) to avoid situations like this in the future.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
