The player from the US is not able to withdraw her winnings. The casino claims they are having technical issues. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Every time i go to withdraw it says we will contact you in 24 hours and they never do i sent in all my information they needed and then i wait the five days and they send a email saying withdraw was successfully canceled only i didnt cancel it and when i go to chat with someone about it it says they are having technical issues and they will contact me within the hour and they of course never do.
